To add an Incident Investigation Calculation within an Inspection, select the Add Calculation Icon 
to the right of the
This opens the Add/Edit Incident Investigation Calculation window. Select a Calculation Type.
Fill out the updated fields, and select the Save Button 
.
The added Calculation is now displayed.
